Purchase Protection
If an order paid with Halo never arrives, we get your money back. This document says exactly what that covers, because a promise nobody can read is not a promise.
What is covered
An order paid with Halo at a store on the Halo network that never reaches you.
An order that arrives materially different from what the store described.
Cover starts when the payment succeeds and ends 90 days after the delivery date the store promised, or 120 days after payment when no date was promised.
What is not covered
Change of mind, wrong size, or anything the store's own returns policy handles. Ask the store first.
Orders you told the carrier to leave somewhere, or sent to an address you entered incorrectly.
Digital goods and services already delivered, tickets already used, and anything prohibited by law.
Purchases not paid with Halo, even at the same store.
How to claim
Open your Halo, find the order, and tell us what happened. There is no form to hunt for and nothing to print.
Claim within 30 days of the end of the cover window above.
We may ask for what you already have: a tracking number, a photo, or what the store told you. We will not ask you to fight the store for us.
How it is paid
If your claim is accepted, the money goes back to the card you paid with, for the amount of the order including the shipping you paid.
Cover is limited to 1,000 USD per order, and 5,000 USD per Halo per rolling year.
Halo Purchase Protection is a contractual promise from Titan Prime LLC (Wyoming, USA). It is not insurance, it is not a bank guarantee, and it does not replace your rights against the store or against your card issuer.
Fair use
This promise exists for people whose parcels genuinely do not arrive. We may refuse a claim, or close a Halo, where a pattern of claims shows the promise is being used as a way to shop for free.
We may recover from the store what the store owes us. That is our business with them, never yours.
